Manage and update customer data in the CRM system
Assist in email campaigns, follow-ups, and feedback collection
Coordinate with sales and support teams to improve customer experience
Respond to basic customer queries and escalate when needed
Generate simple reports on customer interactions and campaign outcomes
Learn and understand CRM tools and processes

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across all platforms
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
Manage content calendars and social media engagement
Create high-converting landing pages and lead generation funnels
Analyze and report performance metrics monthly
Collaborate with creative teams for content, graphics, and visuals
Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Sales Executive

Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling and networking
Understand client needs and recommend suitable services/products
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Deliver sales presentations and product demos
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain CRM records of all interactions and pipelines
Work with marketing to nurture qualified leads
Provide feedback to improve offerings and market positioning

Mobile App Developer

Develop user-friendly mobile applications for Android/iOS platforms
Design responsive and intuitive UI/UX interfaces
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
Debug, test, and resolve issues to ensure smooth functionality
Optimize application performance and responsiveness
Work closely with designers and backend developers
Publish apps to Google Play and Apple App Store
Maintain and regularly update existing applications
